Professor Vincent Chinedum Anigbogu obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry in 1978 and Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry in 1981, both from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, in Pennsylvania, USA. He completed his Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry in 1986 at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. He taught Analytical Chemistry for over twenty years from August 1980 as a graduate assistant to May 2004 at four different universities in the USA.
In 2006, Professor Anigbogu returned to Nigeria to devote full-time effort towards the development of leaders with leadership and management competencies necessary for the transformation of the Africa.Professor Anigbogu believes that sound, value-based education is central to reconstructing the mindset of Africans and people of African descent towards integrity leadership and quality management skills required for the transformation of their organizations, communities, and nations. He works and travels world-wide as a consultant to business establishments, State and National governments, Universities, and Faith-based organizations.
He is a Consultant with ROI Institute and serves as the Director-General for the Institute for National Transformation.
Dr Chito Nwana is a Health Sector Reform Advocate, a consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist and the Medical Director/CEO of Tabitha Medical Center in Abuja.As the Chairperson for the Guild of Medical Directors FCT, she strongly advocates for health sector reforms that will improve the standard and quality of healthcare in Nigeria. She has been successful in creating a stronger network between hospital owners and the government with the aim of advancing the private health sector.
Dr. Chito Nwana is a Fellow of American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is duly registered by the Nigerian Medical and Dental Council. She has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from McMaster University, Canada. She completed her Doctor of Medicine at the American University of the Caribbean, and then completed her residency training at University of Connecticut School of Medicine, USA. She has vast experience practicing in part of the United States as well as considerable exposure to the peculiarities of Nigerian public and private sector medical practice.
Chito is also a co-founder of Innovacare Health Systems, a physician-guided health and wellness promotion organization that creates programs for private and public institutions to promote and maintain the highest degree of physical, mental and social wellbeing of workers. They accomplish this through health education seminars/workshops, health screenings, stress management and personalized wellness programs. She is a member of several professional organizations including, American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Association of Gynecology Laparoscopists. Guild of Medical Directors. Over the years, she has been a recipient of many awards and honors. She is married and the committed mother of two children.
Abbaly, Johnson is the Chief Executive of LightField House International, a talent profiling organization. He is the founder of the Agenda2040 Movement in Nigeria. The movement seeks to raise a million smart young people and inject them into 15 critical sectors of the economy with the goal of helping to position the Nigerian economy as top 10 economy in the world by 2040

Johnson Abbaly is a fellow of the prestigious Mount Pelerin Society established since 1947 in Switzerland.. He has represented in events in Nairobi, Kenya. He is also a fellow of African Institute of Entrepreneurs. He is a member of the Human Capital Policy Commission of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group that covers the Health, Education and Youth Development sectors. He is the chairperson of the Youth Development Sub-Committee of the Policy Commission. Abbaly is a core skills facilitator with British Council Nigeria for Connecting Classroom Programme. He is a facilitator for Fate Foundation and has managed several events including Business on Radio, Samsung Real Dream Programme and the Aspiring Entrepreneur Programme. He serves on the board of the Education Burden Bearers Group, an arm of the Apostles in the Market Place.
He is the deputy chairman board of Governors Inspiration Schools in Ogun State and he is also the chairman of Imagin Media Communications, publishers of Home and Office magazine.. Abbaly has been severally recognized for his contribution to human capital development.
Maryam Uwais, MFR, is the current Special Advisor to President Muhammadu Buhari on Social Investments. She is a legal practitioner and human rights activist with almost 40 years cognate law practice experience, including public service at the Kano State Ministry of Justice, the Nigerian Law Reform Commission, the Central Bank of Nigeria and then subsequently branching out into private legal practice.
She obtained a certificate in Advanced Practice and Procedure in 1985 and another in Legal Drafting in 1989 from the Nigeria Institute for Advanced Legal Studies. Mrs. Uwais was educated at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where she was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1981 and obtained an LLM in 1985.
Mrs. Maryam Uwais, MFR served as a Principal Partner of Wali-Uwais & Co, an Abuja-based law firm, before it merged with Sterling Partnerships to form Primera Africa Legal. She has served on the Council of the National Human Rights Commission, where she also worked as Special Rapporteur on Child Rights; the Board of the Justice Research Institute, Leapafrica, Women in Successful Careers, the Nigerian Leadership Institute as well as the Coalition Against Tobacco, amongst others. She has also served on State, Federal, Regional and Continental Committees such as the Kano State Government’s Almajiri Committee, President Goodluck Ebele Johnson’s Presidential Advisory Council, The Northern Nigeria Committee on Reconciliation, Security Healing, as well as the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child, for a period of 5 years.
Prior to her appointment as Special Adviser to the President, Maryam also served on the Editorial Board of THISDAY newspaper, as well as Board Director of Stanbic IBTC Bank. She is currently a member of the Lagos Business School Advisory Board. She founded the Isa Wali Empowerment Initiative in December 2009, which targets the conditions of women and children in education, healthcare, access to justice and empowerment.

  Fela is married to Tara, a renowned beauty entrepreneur and Chief Executive Officer of the House of Tara and together they have 3 sons: Mobolurin, Demilade & Morolaoluwa who think their dad is a SUPER HERO!.
Alero Ayida-Otobo is a Transformation Strategist with an invaluable understanding of Sector-wide reforms in Africa. She is passionate about reforming educational and health systems which are key to National Development and transforming individuals and institutions. Her desire for education reform began when she served as a Senior Adviser and Transformation Task Team Leader to a former Minister of Education in Nigeria in 2006/2007 after over 10 years in the Financial Services Industry. She was also for four years (2008-2012), a Lead Specialist for Education Policy under the Education Sector Support Programme for Nigeria (ESSPIN), a programme funded by the United Kingdom’s Department for International development (DfID).
A graduate of Somerville College Oxford University, the Bartlett School of Architecture and Town Planning, University of London and the London Business School, Alero’s purpose is to “create wealth in Africa through the development of Human Potential”. She has worked in different sectors in Nigeria and Ghana and spoken at significant conferences in Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda. She is the Founder/CEO of Incubator Africa, a Development Agency established in 2012 that mobilizes and equips Africans to collaborate and actively participate in strategic reform activities. She is the visionary of the Education Hub, a state of the art Catalyst Centre for Transformation, at the Lagos City Hall in the heart of Lagos Island. Her passion is to ignite, equip and develop Reform Entrepreneurs. Alero is a Nation Builder at heart.
She has served on several boards including the largest bank in Nigeria, Union Bank Plc as one of the youngest non-executive Directors and the International Alumni Board of the London Business School. She was also the Founding CEO of Haggai Investment and Trust Company. She is currently Co-Founder and Board Member of Teach for Nigeria, Chair of Slum2School Africa and Chair of the Association of Directors and Educators in Nigeria (ASDEN). Alero is a British Chevening Scholar and a 2000, recipient of the British High Commission’s Award for Outstanding Performance. In 2007, the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) gave her and some members of the Advisory & Transformation Team at the Federal Ministry of Education the “Excellence Award in National Development & Reformation Strategy”.
In the summer of 2016, Alero decided to segue into writing. During a sabbatical in California, she completed her first book “Reformers Arise”. The book’s sole objective is to activate a people of dignity and integrity (Reform Entrepreneurs) whose vision is to change the African narrative. The book has been described as “an insightful, masterful and beautifully crafted book that’s not just a manual for young reformers but a guide to a life of integrity, purpose and impact at any age. . . . “.
The Reformers Arise Conference is the fulfillment of a dream to raise an army of social and reform entrepreneurs.
